Our Philosophy

Partners in Health is a pain management and rehabilitation clinic that focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to health care. This involves integrating the best of complementary and alternative techniques in conjunction with traditional medicine. We recognize the value and responsibility of working in cooperation with other health care practitioners when in the best interest of the patient. As such, our office enjoys a great inter-professional relationship with many medical clinics in our surrounding area.

Our clinic recognizes the importance of treating the whole person and not only focusing on symptoms. Our purpose is not only to relieve pain and discomfort, but to address the cause of the patient’s symptoms in order to optimize health and function. Partners in Health is committed to delivering outstanding service and care to our patients in a pleasant and comfortable environment.

Our Amazing Team

Lena

Licensed Massage Therapist, LMT. with orthopedic massage, sports massage and medical background

At an early age, Lena would heal family members without even knowing what a true healer was. She would go straight to family members ailments and somehow knew what was wrong instinctively. She usually turned out to be quite accurate.

Later in 2002, she was convinced to try Massage Therapy school after becoming a mom at 18. She initially wanted to go into nursing with a psychology background but there were other plans in store for her. She graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy in August of 2003. She became nationally certified with a passion for Anatomy and Physiology and Structural Integration.
She gravitated towards all subjects including dissecting cadavers at the University of Utah as an affiliate program as well as Touch for Health. She later became a Reiki Master after learning from her mentor who was a Chiropractic/Shaman/and body builder. He said a had a natural gift and pursued me to take my gifts further. I have since then, dedicated my entire career on healing.
She also completed her Yoga teacher training program with a trauma informed focus in December of 2019 from the In Body Yoga Academy in Salt Lake City, Utah.
My niches with a lot of life experience in trauma and working with multiple, exceptional Physical Therapists including Personal Injury, Workers Compensation victims and trauma victims as well as the Spanish speaking community include victim advocacy as well as the injury-based treatments with sport massage, yoga, and Physical Therapy training. I am also a health and wellness advocate inspired by nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. and I have
a passion for social justice as well. I am a healer and advocate through and through. I have worked for physician groups and my gifts work well within a medical setting for the past 10 years.
I chose to work with Partners in Health because I have become well versed in personal injury, Colorado laws and insurance as well as workers compensation within the past 9 years. I feel my gifts work well to balance eastern/western medicine and holistic health is my passion as well as being a mama bear of course. I love being a rehab provider and my goal is to help you heal as well as give your life tools to have an improved impact and better
quality of life. Nobody should feel unsafe in their body or live with chronic pain from trauma.
Family is a passion as well as yoga and hiking and any summer sport. I am a native Coloradan and currently practice MMA and grew up dancing and was a competitive soccer player many moons ago.
I currently live in Westminster, CO with my youngest daughter who keeps me on my toes!

Jessica

Jessica

Licensed Massage Therapist, LMT

Jessica who is a full-time massage therapist and loving mother, graduated in 2015 from DSMT but her passion for helping others started far earlier than that.

Since she was a child she enjoyed learning from her father who had his own chiproactic office and taught anatomy at the local college. She knew from an early age that her purpose was to be able to help people make a difference in their lives. She believes that being in pain is not a way to live.

Jessica and her daughter love to travel locally (conquering mountain peaks together) and around the world volunteering. They have participated in GoEco’s Ecuador program for a Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Hospital. When she’s not helping patients in her office or experiencing the world’s wonder with her daughter, you can find her practicing martial arts. She continues to learn and develop her abilities, she is dedicated to bringing the world more and more benefits to healthy life for all.
